Welcome to the Wanderlust! This gorgeous four-plex home is a Fredericksburg luxury destination that has been decorated with an eclectic mix of photography and artifacts from Africa and Central Asia. This beautiful home is just a few minutes away from Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic downtown Fredericksburg! This modern home is located in a stunning property with a beautiful shared outdoor courtyard.

This stunning guest suite has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite private master bathroom. This beautiful guest suite comes with a big full kitchen, new appliances, an indoor dining space, and a living area. The suite is the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night, enjoy the collection of travel books or just a casual wine night to dream about your next adventure! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation in your own private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a glass of wine by one of the fantastic firepits in the courtyard. The Wanderlust has available for you excellent amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables, covered pavilion, and multiple fire pits.

• Please note that the four-plex house is divided into four suites and the shared courtyard area is between them. Outdoor amenities such as a grill, tables, and fire pits are shared by other guests.
• Each suite has its private hot tub, secluded and away from the shared courtyard.
• Each suite has private covered parking.

-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Great place for a weekend trip! Close to Main Street as well as the H-E-B. Lots of space inside to hangout and felt comfortable overall. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so more light came through in the mornings. The front door also has no blinds on the window so that would be a nice thing to add.

We had a great time at this cute house. It was perfect for two couples and so close to downtown Fredericksburg. We were able to walk to several restaurants and downtown. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend staying here. The house was tidy and clean, and clearly vacuumed, but the floors were not mopped. We could not walk in bare feet because the floors were so dirty. Also, the lawn in the shared backyard space was not maintained - the grass was long and unkempt. Neither of those things kept us from having a great time though and we would stay here again.

Super cute house in a convenient location! HEB is less than a half a mile away which made running to grab snacks a breeze. loved that there are 4 units in the building which would make it a great option for larger parties to stay but still have separate space.
