Welcome to the Wanderlust! This gorgeous four-plex home is a Fredericksburg luxury destination that has been decorated with an eclectic mix of photography and artifacts from Africa and Central Asia. This beautiful home is just a few minutes away from Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic downtown Fredericksburg! This modern home is located in a stunning property with a beautiful shared outdoor courtyard.

This stunning guest suite has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite private master bathroom. This beautiful guest suite comes with a big full kitchen, new appliances, an indoor dining space, and a living area. The suite is the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night, enjoy the collection of travel books or just a casual wine night to dream about your next adventure! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation in your own private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a glass of wine by one of the fantastic firepits in the courtyard. The Wanderlust has available for you excellent amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables, covered pavilion, and multiple fire pits.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. Our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members wear masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines. We are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). We closely monitor and follow all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. Now more about the amenities and space of this lovely & luxurious home.

Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking.*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

• Please note that the four-plex house is divided into four suites and the shared courtyard area is between them. Outdoor amenities such as a grill, tables, and fire pits are shared by other guests.
• Each suite has its private hot tub, secluded and away from the shared courtyard.

Great place for a weekend trip! Close to Main Street as well as the H-E-B. Lots of space inside to hangout and felt comfortable overall. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so more light came through in the mornings. The front door also has no blinds on the window so that would be a nice thing to add.

We had a great time at this cute house. It was perfect for two couples and so close to downtown Fredericksburg. We were able to walk to several restaurants and downtown. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend staying here. The house was tidy and clean, and clearly vacuumed, but the floors were not mopped. We could not walk in bare feet because the floors were so dirty. Also, the lawn in the shared backyard space was not maintained - the grass was long and unkempt. Neither of those things kept us from having a great time though and we would stay here again.

Super cute house in a convenient location! HEB is less than a half a mile away which made running to grab snacks a breeze. loved that there are 4 units in the building which would make it a great option for larger parties to stay but still have separate space. And we of course loved having our own hot tub right outside the door!
