Welcome to Pokie's Place, a luxurious home located a short walking distance to Mercer Street. This home is custom designed for hosting families, couples, and friends getaways with its open space living concept and amazing dining and kitchen areas. From having a family dinner to enjoying s’mores or cocktail evening in the outdoor area, there is so much to do here with your loved ones. This gorgeous home offers the ultimate in amenities, and close proximity to live music, shopping, and great food!

This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. We absolutely loved everything about this house. The location was within walking distance of several restaurants, Walgreens and a several pubs. House was in a quiet neighborhood and super cozy. This is our new go-to place to stay when visiting Dripping Springs.

Perfect choice

We were attending a wedding in one of the venues. We were 4 adults one teenager and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect. Cozy ,impecable, well equipped with everything we needed. Quite surroundings but walking distance to restaurants and shops. Safe for the kids to run their scooters. Great backyard with pool. We had a great time.

The house is very nice, clean, and a great location. It sits in a quite little neighborhood. It’s currently undergoing some backyard improvements/construction at the time we stayed. This could be a safety issue if traveling with small children so check before booking. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and would stay again.

We were unable to check-in early and cleaning staff was there up until the exact time of check-in. Just an FYI.

This location is blocks away from a number of cool boutiques, BBQ, and a locally owned coffee shop. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (the bunk beds are large enough to sleep 4 kids). I will likely book this same house for our return visit in the near future.
