Spacious, comfortable, welcoming! This place was bigger in person! The kitchen counter in the middle is really big! Our families usually stays in beautifully furnished places. This place still got lots of “ooos and ahhhs! We had such a great stay, we would love to return again.

The home is beautiful and everything was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family. The understanding of the facilities was a challenge with the pool not being working. I suggest more communication between the owners and the Point Venture. When we had asked at the central office if there was anything we could do with the pool not working, they did not suggest the place that rented canoes etc…. That would have made such a difference to our expense e, especially being so far out. Cozi management were great at trying to resolve the issue and even though they could not, I feel they listened to me. The home needs beach/ lake facilities like beach towel bag, balls, swing ball, beach chairs etc… or something to entertain at the lake. As much as you can hire items (I now know), the kids would have loved to have been able to go down to the lake early to watch the sunrise or late to watch the sunset on canoes or SUP. Bikes would be a major benefit as allows more exploration with kids.
