The Coco cabin, originally constructed in 1867 and meticulously restored, stands as a testament to the rich history that pervades every inch of its structure. This charming cabin offers guests an authentic experience, seamlessly blending historical charm with modern comforts.

Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a living room that exudes timeless elegance. The focal point of this inviting space is a stone fireplace that not only emanates warmth but also serves as a visual centerpiece. Thoughtfully arranged seating around the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, inviting guests to gather and relax.

The bedroom is designed to be a haven of comfort and tranquility. It features a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room is tastefully appointed with furnishings that complement the cabin's rustic charm. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for guests.

The outdoor shared space is designed for fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. It includes a playscape for children, a pavilion that offers a shaded retreat, making it an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and picnics. Adjacent to the pavilion is "The Saloon," a fantastic recreational space equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, a chess table, and more. The Saloon is perfect for friendly competitions, game nights, and socializing.
A fire pit adds a cozy touch to the outdoor area, inviting guests to gather around the flames and enjoy the beauty of the starry night sky. A kitchenette ensures that refreshments and snacks are always within reach.

Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. Cabin is really cozy and peaceful. Only issue is lack of kitchen pots and pans. If you planning on cooking bring your own and utensils. After finding rat drooping in game room kitchen cabinets it tells me cleaning crew are only cleaning what’s visible. No place to add pics but I have them. Not having pots and pans says they don’t want their guest cooking to avoid cleaning. It gave me a bad taste and I won’t be staying in this particular cabin again. Other than that area and property is beautiful.

Our amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, freezer, Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, a grill, and a dining table. However, we typically offer basic cooking utensils, and I apologize for any confusion regarding this. We have ensured that the game room is now stocked with pots and pans for guests who wish to cook. Regarding the mouse droppings you found in the game room kitchen cabinets, I am genuinely sorry for this experience. We take cleanliness seriously and have called pest control to address this issue, which has not been a problem recently. Your comments about the cleaning crew will be addressed to ensure a thorough inspection moving forward.
