Welcome to Poplar Place - Q! If you have ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a Quonset hut, this is your chance. "Q" is tucked away in a quaint residential neighborhood only blocks away from the hustle and bustle of historic Main street Fredericksburg.

Q has been meticulously designed to provide comfort and luxury. You will appreciate every detail, from the upscale decor to the luxurious linens. A comfortable king bed offers a rejuvenating night's rest and is positioned so you can relax and watch TV. "Q" also features a convenient coffee bar with a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave.
As fabulous as the inside is, your favorite spot may be outside in the hot tub sipping on your favorite beverage and gazing at the night sky. Take your chance to experience this unique retreat.

In addition to Poplar Place Q, the property consists of Main House (4/2), Mod (3/2), Soho (1/1), and Pop 1-4 (1 Bed/1 Bath each)

House Rules and Things to Note:
-No more than 2 occupants permitted
-Pets are not allowed
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

The place was super cute and just as described. We got there late at night so it took us a few minutes to spot since it’s black but we found it. The toilet is loud but we didn’t mind it. Super close to everything .
