Poplar Place Mod w/Hot Tub
Welcome to Poplar Place Mod! A distinctly charming luxury rental located just one short mile to historic downtown. The quaint outdoor space with a hot tub and firepit is the perfect place to relax after spending time shopping on Main Street, wine tasting, visiting the Pacific war museum, hiking Enchanted Rock, and so many other activities Fredericksburg offers.
The modern and luxurious living room provides a special place to gather and play a fun game or watch a movie, and the spacious kitchen is just the place to make a snack, heat leftovers from a favorite dining spot, or cook an entire meal.
With three cozy bedrooms, the home will sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a uniquely made wooden sink countertop and a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
In addition to Poplar Place Mod, the property consists of Main House (4/2), Soho (1/1), Q (1/1) and Pop 1-4 (1 bed/1 bath units)

House Rules and Things to Note:
-No more than 6 occupants permitted
-Pets are not allowed
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Thoughtfully supplied accommodations - from comfortable memory foam mattresses in all rooms to makeup towels and portable fans in all rooms - we were very comfortable! The check in process was easy and the communication was proactive.

The idea of this house is great however we had several issues. The cleanliness was questionable. Random trash in hiding spots. The home is not in the best condition on the walls and baseboards. Another thing worth noting is the master bathroom door does not close. Hopefully they get this fixed soon! The living room setup is not ideal for many people. There is one small couch and two armchairs that you cannot sit in for long. The WiFi is shared by everyone around on a public network and does not work on the TVs. They gave us a solution for this but not great. Overall the house is beautifully decorated and in a great location (not walking distance but close to main!) but not worth the hefty price tag in its current state.
