Experience the welcoming studio design of Pop-1. Discover a snug sitting area nestled in the corner, offering an ideal escape to relax and enjoy a movie while facing the wall-mounted TV. The well-appointed coffee bar comes complete with essential amenities, including a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy a serene night's sleep on the sumptuous king bed adorned with premium bedding, and indulge in the bathroom's elegantly tiled, spacious walk-in shower featuring a built-in bench.

-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Great experience, wonderful host! Lovely location, very close to downtown Fredericksburg with lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. The first unit we checked into had an issue with the air conditioner not working, but Cozi worked with us to put us into a unit with the same floorplan and amenities at the same location. Internet was spotty but Cozi worked their best to try to correct the issue. Would definitely stay at a Cozi property in the future!

Overall a great stay! Cozi’s team was super responsive & kind. The house was exactly as described, and was very central to pretty much everything we did! It was very clean and cute. The hot tub was a perk! Everything worked perfectly on it, and it was nice and clean. Perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway!

First time in Fredericksburg, it was honestly great. This place felt cozy, modern, and it was surprisingly very quiet. Extremely close to town (2 min drive maybe 5 at most) loved the books they also had in the airbnb. The hot tub was amazing. The team especially Laura were very kind and helpful. Next time we’re in town we are for sure staying here. The bed at first didn’t look like it would be comfortable because it is firm, but let me just say, it was some of the most restful sleep I’ve had on vacation like ever. The pillows were so comfortable, linen felt crispy and fresh. I absolutely loved that it was a “dark” community it felt amazing being in the hot tub and being able to stargaze. Only one minor thing which I don’t believe should remove any stars for- the creamer was actually bad, so I think just try to make sure it’s still within use by date. Thank you for the amazing accommodations, till next time!
