Olive St. Ranch Waylon's House

The home was beautiful and clean, and the host was very responsive. They layout of the beds and bathrooms made it quiet throughout the night when staying with other people.

Loved staying here! Great location and easy to find. Perfect for a group of friends or family who wants to stay close to Fredericksburg. Property was nice but the additional houses are much closer than you’d think. We could hear the neighbors tv from inside our cabin they were so close but overall still a great stay!

Beautiful place very clean and up to date. Party barn was enjoyable as was the hot tub.

We thought it was wonderful! Very clean and cozy comfy inside! Laura at Cozi rentals was very responsive to any questions we messaged them and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay with them again and recommend to anyone. Awesome girls trip!!

This property is so inviting to make great memories! The spacious rooms are fully appointed and the decor is on point! Wonderful evenings were spent around the fire pit with party lights strung above. There is a great covered gathering area that has outdoor games, picnic tables and it is near the  fire pit! It is such a magical hill country property! Every detail is so thoughtful, the themed cabins giving homage to country greats with books and decor. Even the collection of vinyls to enjoy as the patio doors swing open fo a deck to enjoy hill country outdoors. Great kitchen and bath areas. Its location is great to enjoy all the fun of Fredericksburg. 

Lovely, as advertised and pictured. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds convenient to downtown, wineries, and Enchanted Rock State Park. 

Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olive Street Ranch. 

Great venue and furnished with everything you need. Plenty of space for a large group and comfortable stay while visiting Fredericksburg. Will be staying here again! 

The perfect house for a little family girls trip get away! Close to EVERYTHING! We will definitely be booking again! 

Fantastic getaway within a stones throw of downtown Fredericksburg. Three homes with a fire pit, hot tub, and an activity barn. Awsome design and vibe. Great for small gatherings or medium sized groups. We will be back! 

Close to town. Stocked with everything we needed. Loved the fire pit and games. Clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend. 

Recently renovated and very spacious. We enjoyed the outside space as well with lots of room for activities. It's in a great location just a couple of minutes drive to downtown Fredericksburg! We recommend a family getaway. Would be great for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend as well. 

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit.

Very nice, neat, clean homes. Had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving Day stay! Great memories made! We can't wait to come again. 

House was spacious. Completely updated with 3 big bedrooms with a king bed in each and comfortable mattresses. The house has everything you need, 12 piece place settings, pots and pans, steak knives and other cutlery. Also a toaster and blender. Party barn in the back is great with a grill, ping pong table, washers, and fire pit. The house is just outside of town, a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. This would also be a great place to rent for a family gathering or a girls weekend, etc. We had a great time and have already discussed coming back.

The cutest place ever! It was conveniently close to town, the beds were comfy, and the hot-tub was the perfect addition. 

My freinds and I enjoyed the getaway! It's minutes from Main Street but still has the privacy and quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed all the activities in the house itself, and wish we could have used more of them. My personal favoriet was the modern record player with all the records. Willie's House was great, especially with 5 ladies. We 10000000% enjoyed it and can't wait to come back again and we definitely will. Thank you very much for such a wonderful vacay. 

Loved the layout which was perfect for 2 couples. Well equipped and clean. Big walk-in showers! If it had been a little warmer we would have spent time out at the party barn. Cool enough that we enjoyed the hot-tub. Great stay and look forward to another time.

Loved the Waylon house! Very spacious and adorable 2 bed/ 2 bath with just a few minutes drive to Main Street. Home was clean and welcoming upon check-in. Loved the outdoor space with a nice deck furnished with rocking chairs, picnic table and hot as well as a really fun party barn with games provided. Also, Cozi customer service was always very responsive with any questions I had. would definitely stay here again! 

This place is amazing. Very close to Main Street while still providing a large space for entertaining and/or privacy. The entry way is gated with an access code which is a great feature. The showers, beds and kitchens all look recently updated and provide a high class look with a country flair. I would recommend this place for couples as well as larger group stays as it can accommodate either. 

Had an amazing time at this cute but very functional vacation home! There is lots of space inside including comfortable common areas and multiple bedrooms, but you can't forget about the expansive backyard which is an entertainment hub! There is a warm campfire, beautiful lights, and a covered area that has ping pong, cornhole, and Jenga!
