Nice place but need to do a better job on cleaning. TV broke in the leaving room and they refused to replace it. Was a big let down especially at night when our family was winding down.

We had a great stay at the Koselig Hus! The house is just renovated and with tasteful design. All the furniture is new and well decorated. The beds, pillows, bedsheets, towels are excellent quality. The house also provided fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment and tools. Great for guests who want to prepare meals during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is great, which is only 3-4 minutes driving distance from the main street.

We will definitely be booking here again. This place has everything you need for a great stay with family and friends. Great space for entertaining in the kitchen and living areas, and awesome multiple balcony spaces. The downstairs near the pool area was also a hit, a nice hammock and chairs for everyone to gather around near the pool after a nice beach day. This place had almost every appliance you can think of, and many kitchen items all entertainers need (cheese boards, wine glasses, etc.). We really loved this place had many bath towels too, especially in a beach town with many pool and beach days we all took multiple showers a day. The set up is great, 2 bathrooms on the second floor, and a half bath off of the kitchen and living room area on the third floor. The pool area was great too, friendly neighbors, and clean area. Would recommend to anyone planning a family friend beach trip for a few days!

This house is so cute and comfy, perfect for our party of 8. The bedrooms are all in the same level which was perfect. The big kitchen and open living room on the top level was perfect for cooking and hanging out together. Those wanting to stay up late and play games didn’t disturb those who wanted to sleep since they are in different levels. The only issue with this house was the location. In order to use a golf cart you have to cross over 361 which was a bit stressful at times but we did it. Overall loved this house and rental company. Check in and check out was very convenient.

This home was wonderful. The interactive message pad was cool and helpful. The only thing is, the pool isn't heated. It was torment for my kids. It was cold and windy. Polar bear swimming for them.

Great place with beautiful, feminine touches. We didn’t have trouble crossing the highway in the golf cart because the house is very close to the crossing point. The only thing we didn’t like was the road noise as the house sits close to the highway. Other than that, it was the most perfect weekend getaway. We traveled with our two young boys and it was helpful to have the baby gate at the top of the stairs on the third floor.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The location (close to the beach), spacious and decorated beautifully, the amenities (relaxing pool and several private balconies as well as your own outdoor grilling area), huge fully stocked kitchen (they honestly thought of everything) and accommodations are all top quality. Plenty of parking as well. We had a large group and all of us were beyond impressed and had such a great time! We couldn’t wait to come back so we are planning another trip soon before the summer ends!
