Edgewater Retreat offers a truly unique riverfront experience directly on the shore of the Guadalupe River in Canyon Lake. Bask in tranquility and relaxation in the new hot tub on the patio overlooking the river or enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room on the hottest of Texas days. Come bring your tubes, kayaks, fishing gear and head off to the river for a fun filled day with family and friends.

Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side by side refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven and microwave for your cooking convenience. You may also utilize the outdoor grill to cook. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group, while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. This place was really nice. Great amenities. Perfect for 10+ guests. The property offers privacy. Pricing is more on the high side, but I recommend this property if you have the means.

The house is amazing, absolutely beautiful location as well. Lots of room to spread out and lots of places to gather as a group. Would definitely recommend the place to any large group of family or/and friends. We had a company outing for our service team and everyone was amazed by the house and location.

Beautiful home with an AMAZING layout for multiple families. The house is even better than the photos. Each room is private with own private bathroom. Bedrooms are separate from the main house and entertaining areas, which is fantastic when/if someone needs to detach from the group. Beautiful view of the river, and plenty of room for parking several vehicles. Home sits on 2 acres with ample room to roam. Floating access to the river is approximately a mile from the house.
We will be back! FIVE STARS!!

Felt Like A Ritz Carlton Private Rental Home!

This rental property has many luxury features anyone could ever asked for. The house is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and with private access to the lake. By far, one of the best rental homes we have had rented in the past decade. It is also in a good location with several restaurants, grocery stores, and a few minutes from the Canyon lake beach. There are plenty of space and things to do for 13 of us, we did not even want to step away from the house. Minor hiccups were reported to the management team and the future renters would benefit even more. Overall, it was a perfect stay!
