This luxurious two-story home has just been freshly built, a charming home ideal for families and small groups. This home boasts a gorgeous and breathtaking backyard deck, a hot tub, and an outside propane fire pit to enjoy with friends and family. Additionally, if you have kids, they will enjoy, have fun, and be entertained by the designated space to play Cornhole. The home is tastefully designed to give a modern feel with spacious living to provide you with the perfect space for entertaining and socializing. This property is located only a short 3-minute drive from Main Street, making it a top and premium choice during your visit to Fredericksburg.

This stunning home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twins) with 2.5 baths, including a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a spacious living and dining area that is completely equipped to handle friends and family gatherings, wine tastings, and an intimate setting, depending on your preferences. The kitchen is fully stocked with plateware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and other basic necessities for those wishing to dine in or entertain. This home can sleep eight people comfortably.

The spacious and comfortable bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a luxurious night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and all its local wineries.

Additionally, this home has a fantastic deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or even a late-night evening cocktail. A tastefully decorated space, with the ideal lounging area and a propane fire pit.

Lastly, in the house, you can find a laundry area for your convenience.

-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! It was perfect for what we needed. Was in a great location so it was walking distance to everything we planned to do during our stay. Would stay there again. Only issue was the lack of lighting outside in the back and the hot tub not getting hot enough. Other than those minor issues our trip was definitely made with this Airbnb.

This property was a great find for a group of 8 girls visiting Fredericksburg. The house was a close drive to restaurants, hiking, and vineyards. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and propane fire pit. All 8 of us slept comfortably and were able to get ready for the day in good timing with the 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There was an adequate amount of full sized mirrors to use as well. Would definitely book again.

This house was an amazing find! The house was clean, cute, and mattresses were very comfy. There was construction happening next door but that won’t disturb you if you are out and about doing wine tastings. We were just home with an infant and noticed during nap times. The house was the perfect size for our girls trip, it looks small on the outside but big enough on inside. It was decorated cute and was cozy. It was clean and the towels were super soft. The beds were firm but comfortable. Just be aware of the parking , it is not what they say on instructions.

We booked this house for a team bonding trip and were able to have almost everyone in their own room. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with a hot tub, firepit, cornhole, etc. It was also decorated beautifully and fully stocked with coffee, shower gel, lotion, etc. Would recommend!

Super cute place! It’s decorated flawlessly, has a great patio area with hot tub/fire pit & has the best bed/pillows I’ve slept on. We had a few minor issues - the hot tub was super dirty when we arrived & the propane tanks for the fire pit/grill were essentially empty. However, the Cozi team was 110% responsive & had both issues fixed by the next morning. There were also no trash bags, which made clean up a pain. We all lost our phones kayaking, so having the screen to check-out was a serious lifesaver. All in all, I’d stay anywhere operated by Cozi strictly because of their response time. Things happen & go wrong all the time, but their customer service makes up for any issue. Thank you to the Cozi team for being so helpful!
