We so enjoyed this place!! It was perfect for two couples and had all the accommodations for a great time! There was a fire pit for smores, a grill and an awesome hot tub! Additionally, the patio was private and a cozy space. Plenty of room inside and an amazing kitchen and coffee bar. The location was also very close to downtown Fredericksburg so a short trip to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!! We will definitely be returning and we highly recommend this great BNB!!

I just have ONE note for possible future AirBnbers of this property: although the property is on the river, unless you’re Thor with the upper body strength of an Asgardian, there’s no easy way to get in and out of the river, even if the river was fuller. Doesn’t look like the water level has been the same in years though. Even if you had a boat, the river is too low, at the moment. So if you plan to bring kids/babies be prepared to have a game plan to get in and out of the water.
We definitely will be returning to this property in the future! Hopefully sooner rather than later. ?
