Welcome to this Luxury Lake House, a modern retreat perched on the shores of Lake Travis. Enjoy direct access to the lake with a private boat dock and dipping pool. This 3-story marvel features an "impress the chef" kitchen, 2 living rooms, 6 cozy bedrooms, and 2 balconies. Whether you're into wakeboarding, skiing, tubing, or fishing, the sparkling waters of Lake Travis await your adventure!

This luxurious lake home boasts all the amenities that families, large groups, and lake-going weekend warriors are looking for. What more could you ask for? We answered that by including a game room area that includes a shuffleboard station and an old-school style “NBA Jam” video game, complete with joysticks and a customized “NBA Jam” gaming stool! But wait, we didn’t stop there! In the backyard, there’s also a cowboy-style dipping pool, a gas BBQ grill, a wood-burning chiminea for those cool nights, and a corn hole game area. All of this, plus Lake Travis, is here for your enjoyment!

For those moments when your mind starts thinking about food, the kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, pots and pans, glassware, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to cook or dine in. Outside of the kitchen, there’s also an inviting, covered outdoor area with outdoor furniture for relaxing and eating. This home is certain to be a much-loved destination for self-proclaimed chefs and foodies alike!

At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, each of the bedrooms offer luxurious bedding that provides an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Go ahead, lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day on Lake Travis!

The place is just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. It was the perfect spot for our orgs retreat. Plenty of space for all of us! Our favorite spot in the house was the back patio. The view is amazing and the table setup was great for what we needed. If you are looking for a house on lake Travis for a larger group, this place is great!

Only real issue is that the space was a bit dusty and the bedsheets in some of the rooms were dirty.

Do you want to stay at a property that feels like a luxury resort? Then, this is the place. The home is beautiful, the view is gorgeous. Don’t be surprised if you look out and see deer grazing in the yard. You have a private boat dock with a deck and beach entry into the lake. The COZI team is fantastic as they answered/addressed any concerns quickly. We would definitely book this property again or any COZI managed property.
