Welcome to Oak Cottage at Grapetown Cottages! A Fredericksburg Wine Country premier luxurious and modern farmhouse cottage nestled on three beautiful Texas Hill Country acres. Just right outside famous and lively downtown Fredericksburg, Texas! The outdoor spaces of this luxury Texas Hill Country oasis and retreat are a real gem and a fantastic place to create unforgettable memories and spend quality time with loved ones, family, and friends after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg's many wineries, shops, and restaurants.
This property is ideal for a family, couples, intimate weekend getaways, retreats, and special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays. We look forward to you immersing yourself into this property's stunning hill country and hilltop views, gorgeous oak trees, abundant wildlife and scenery, beautiful night sky, and stars!
Oak Cottage features a luxury farmhouse kitchen, a cozy living room with a Smart-TV, and two king suites, each harboring private full baths. The cottage also has a great outdoor deck and patio, perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine or cocktail.
This rental only includes Oak Cottage for up to 4 individuals. On the same property is Elm Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Oak Cottage. Elm Cottage is for only two individuals. Elm Cottage is not included in your rental of Oak Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Elm Cottage with respect and kindness.
*Grapetown Cottages-does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty.

Such a cute place! It looks exactly like the pictures. Loved the location..just enough out of town so it was very peaceful, but not too far. Loved the big porches and seeing the deer in the back in the mornings. I liked that you could control the temp in each room. Beds were pretty comfy. The only thing I was not a fan of was the open space above one of the rooms..you could hear every little sound and it was pretty bright if someone was in the living room. Great place though!

House was perfect for a catered Thanksgiving for three. Quiet and near enough to Fredericksburg to be convenient. The kitchen is small and missing some basic cooking implements, but overall it was a nice stay. My wife is already talking about having the girls out and reserving both cottages.

What a beautiful place and setting. We could only stay for three days but it was wonderful. Very peaceful and loved the porch and back covered patio. It was awesome in the mornings watching the deer feed in the backyard. Hope to get to visit again.

Everything was just like the picture! Very clean and nicely decorated. I loved how they had pretty much everything you would need. The location was just enough off the “beaten path” but not too far to go to town or the wineries. I could not find the iron. WiFi was a little spotty, but it’s in the hill county, so not
too surprised (I live in the country too). It would be cool to have a hair dryer in both bathrooms, but not a big deal. I would have rather not had to remove the sheets before leaving- sounds silly, but this should be a given that the cleaning would take car of this (especially for the price and fees) and not be asked of the guest. One of the rooms is not closed off- so it is noisy if anyone gets up before you and uses the kitchenette/living room.

We had such a wonderful time at this rental in the beautiful country. The home was beautifully decorated, the backyard patio had more than enough room to play and it was the perfect spot to enjoy our home cooked meals under the shade. Great location. cottage was precious and everything was thought out when it was built. Outdoor area was nice and relaxing. There are even games to pass the time. internet wasn't so great though. We had. hard time watching anything on TV and didn't use wifi for our phones either because of this. There were a couple of neat restaurants right down the street and downtown was about 10 minutes. Walmart was right up the road as well for convenience. We will definitely be going back!

This place was perfect. Not many neighbors, nice showers and beds were very big and comfortable. The back yard was nice. The only thing I was worried about was the house on the same property to the side of the main house, but there was no complaints. Check in was super easy as well. Would stay here again.

This was a cute, cozy cabin away from town. The sky was beautiful and the air was fresh. We drank wine at night around the firepit with blankets and talked for hours. (don't forget to buy your own firewood! and maybe some firestarter logs, there is a lighter there.). We watched movies curled up on the comfy couch. We cooked our own food. The beds were so warm and comfortable. There's a cool electronic touch screen info board with all the info you'll ever need regarding the cabin - even a checklist for check-out. So close to town yet close to the wineries as well. It was just a great location. Try not use google maps to find the place. Apple maps worked fine. Once I was at the cabin I pinned it so my google maps worked. Anyway we were three women on vacation there for three nights - I would highly recommend this cabin!!!!!

Great place for a relaxing weekend. Close enough to get you to any winery your heart desires or to just explore downtown Fredericksburg—but far enough away that you get a true Texas Hill Country experience (kudos to Cozi for this).

We had an all girls weekend at this charming house. It was very easy to find and not far from anything. The house had everything and more. The only thing I wish we would have thought of was to bring firewood. We ordered firewood but never got it as we had a short stay. We would definitely stay here again.
