The fully remodeled kitchen includes a large sink, stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, and ample counter space for meal preparation. A spacious dining table seats eight, perfect for family meals or gatherings.
The cozy living room features a leather sofa and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. Enjoy natural light and water views through large windows, complemented by a wood-burning fireplace.
The luxurious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is spacious with two queen-sized beds, ideal for families or groups. The sunroom offers additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, plus a full futon couch. With the two futons in the living room, there is plenty of room for parties up to 10 guests.
Relish stunning views from two separate patios, along with the two-story waterfront dock, ideal for morning coffee. The property offers two grills for BBQ enthusiasts and ample seating for enjoying meals outdoors. A screened-in porch hosts a ping pong table for family entertainment. Fishermen will enjoy quick access to one of the best fishing coves on Lake LBJ. The kids can fish right off the dock! Feel free to bring your own boat and launch at the Kingsland Community Park, 155 Lions Park Rd. There is plenty of space for most boats to tie to the Lazy Cove dock. Or you can rent boats or other water sport equipment from one of the nearby companies in Kingsland.
Lazy Cove offers a wonderful retreat with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, promising relaxation, unforgettable moments, and cherished memories with loved ones.

House was as discribed, clean and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Bedrooms and barhrooms had plenty of linens and towels.

In town for our daughter's golf tournament. After the round our daughter was able to finish college math homework with good wi-fi and relax. Beds were clean and comfortable and the location quiet and peaceful. Will stay here again if ever back in the area Thank you again Matt and Jenna for opening your home to us

My husband and I absolutely adored this lake house. We immediately felt at home. The home was so cozy and the neighbors were so nice. I didn’t realize how much I would like pink tile (master shower) until staying here. The closet was stocked with extra linens and board games. The dock was supplied with a paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards. The fishing was plentiful (bring bug spray if you’re going during the warmer months). We can’t wait to come back. Most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had.

This was a very nice place to stay for families that want way more for their money, very well furnished with many things to do. Our family has rented houses in this area many times in the past with less to offer, this place is definitely a 10 out of a 10. It might sound weird to say, but this home felt like “our” home from the moment we walked in the door. Instant relaxation! Matched the pictures and the host’s communications were timely and helpful. We brought s boat and the dock was spacious enough to dock the boat without issue and made for easy in and outs during the day for fishing, tubing or cruising. It was hotter than blue blazes outside (Texas in August) but the house stayed cool and comfortable. I don’t think our family could have enjoyed a place anymore!

The entire process was effortless. The house was just as described. Very clean with all amenities needed for the stay. Even had complementary coffee. Great location right inside the cove just far enough off the river to be quiet yet close enough you could paddle out to the entrance to watch all the boat traffic or the kids playing on the jet skis. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
