Romantic and filled with unique character, you’ll have plenty of peaceful privacy, access to the Gladheart community amenities, and downtown Fredericksburg only 10 minutes away. Pack your bags and plan a true escape from the everyday hustle-bustle at Henley.

Henley is surrounded by a privacy fence and a manicured lawn. A small front porch includes comfy Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for relaxing in the evenings with a cocktail. The front yard also includes a bubbly hot tub for soaking the day away, a barbecue for grilling some juicy steaks for dinner, and a corn hole game for after-dinner game time.

Once inside, Henley has been designed to feel spacious and open, with lots of bright windows that allow the natural Texas sunshine to flow inside. White shiplap and honey-colored wood accents create a chic and stylish space. In the living area, a bright blue contemporary sofa adds the perfect pop of cheerful color, and a mounted HDTV allows you to host a fun movie night with a big bowl of buttery popcorn. The sofa can also be converted to a full-size bed.

In the galley kitchen, crisp white cabinets and glossy concrete countertops supply plenty of space to prepare meals and snacks. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, and the cutest vintage-inspired refrigerator you’ve ever seen. Open shelving stores and display the dishware and glassware perfectly.

In the full bathroom, you’ll love the luxurious Carrera marble tiled shower, cute bowl sink, and West Elm cabinet. Upstairs is the modern loft bedroom, separated from the main living area by a custom, contemporary wood screen. A sumptuous king-size memory foam mattress and mounted HDTV create a perfect comfy nook for reading, relaxing, and enjoying a beautiful night’s sleep in the country.

Henley is nestled into the friendly countryside community of Gladheart, which is 13 beautiful acres that include a small pond and some friendly goats. The Gladheart compound includes a super-fun clubhouse/game room with a pool table, ping pong table, card tables, darts, and a jukebox. Outside you’ll also have access to picnic tables, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. When you’re ready for an afternoon antiquing adventure or a night on the town at a local watering hole, the fun of Fredericksburg is a quick ten-minute drive away. Gladheart has the feel of an exclusive Texas Hill Country resort with a laid-back luxury vibe.

Things to Note:
-There are outdoor cats on the property that you may encounter during your stay.
-In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county of Gillespie to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at a Fredericksburg area vacation rental.
- Utilize the designated parking spaces at your vacation rental.
-Place all trash in designated containers.
- Please be aware that the Texas Hill Country can experience high heat and drought during the summer, which can attract pests to the exterior lights at night. Our properties receive extermination, but guests may encounter pests such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, Rolly Pollies (pill bugs), June bugs, small ants, and spiders, as well as occasional scorpions and small rodents. These are normal critters that come regardless of cleanliness or availability of food.

Overall a good stay and experience! I read in a review about the gravel roads to the property, but experiencing it was a totally different experience. I believe that information being listed would be helpful to the Airbnb guest just to be aware. The hot tub did not work so I reached out to the hosts and they were very responsive, even sent someone out the next day to take a look, but it was not resolvable during our stay. I think verification of a functioning amenity should be performed before having guests stay. Close to downtown and very convenient places around, beautiful property and scenery.

The road getting to the tiny homes is an extremely uneven gravel road that is not very friendly to lower vehicles. Did some damage to my vehicle going in and out of the property. This is something that should be mentioned when booking property, we could’ve prepared other options. AC was out in first unit, we were moved to second unit, but only for the first night which wasn’t communicated untill we left the property after our first evening. Which in turn caused me to have to drive my vehicle up and down the terrible dirt road 2 more times to get our belongings and move them. Ultimately we were refunded for one night plus 30%, but only after I contacted Airbnb support. Other than the AC, the tiny home itself is very nice. Unfortunately the road in our new vehicle and the AC issues made our stay not what we were expecting

Had a great time at Henley. Nice secluded area to get away if that's what you are looking for. Plenty of deer and cows, loved the three cats that visited us throughout our stay, we even named them, Grey Thing, Beluga, and Pumpkin. The inside looks exactly as photographed, the only thing i would say negative is that the couch needs to be replaced, it is worn and stained for the price of the stay it should be replaced. Overall if I were to ever come back to fredricksburg I would certainly stay at Henley again.

The view was amazing! We loved the tiny home. It was just like we imagined. We both agree that the couch needs to be replaced. The water pressure was really low, and the fire pit was out of propane. I think maybe the hot tub needed cleaning or chemicals but it was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The cats were very intrusive, but they were very friendly.

Exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate our anniversary. First time ever seeing a tiny home let alone staying in one. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The space is very cute and efficient. Neat and clean. Premium quality amenities, specifically the towels! I love how private it is from the other properties. The hot tub is a MUST! Fire pit is beautiful. This was a very well thought out layout. Perfect for a quiet and enjoyable getaway. Area is very well lit in the evening and the cats and animals are friendly. Drive a truck if you can, the property is and off road type. Totally recommend this place. A+

Henley at Gladheart was a comfortable, cozy stay. There is great attention to detail - to make sure guests have what they need. The property is wonderful- the trail led to a neat fire pit by a little pond and there are lots of animals around to enjoy (from the sweet cats to the friendly donkeys that you can actually pet). Sitting in the hot tub enjoying the stars and admiring sunsets on the back patio were the best! I loved how Henley was decorated and the bed was very comfortable. This property is close drive to town, but feels like you are way out in the country. This is a great stay for couples! I highly recommend it!

Henley was the cutest little place to stay for an anniversary weekend. We enjoyed being close to town yet far enough out to enjoy the quiet evenings by the fire pit and in the hot tub. We would love to come back and definitely will recommend Cozi to ANYONE who asks!

What a property!!!! The tiny home was incredible, very intelligently built and outfitted, and the property was awesome. As other reviewers have mentioned, all the animals were wonderful. The hot tub was excellent (and clean!). I really enjoyed the walking paths to the little pond and seating areas... it was so quiet and peaceful in the mornings. I will absolutely be back!

This is such a great getaway!! My best friend and I used it as a girls weekend but would be great for couples too. This place is about 10-15 minutes from Main Street but it’s nice to have the privacy of the property and feel like you are “in the middle of nowhere”.

Great private place away from town but not far from it either! The other tiny houses were close but at the same time the fences created lots of privacy. The host is great and communicates perfectly. This is the best place for couples or two people vacations. No complaints here.

Henley home is beautiful, with only a 7 minute drive to Main Street the location was perfect. Our host Amer provided detailed instructions for everything we needed which made settling in very easy —we even received a nice complimentary becker vineyard wine. During our stay we had the opportunity to bump into a few friendly animals as we drove in and out of the ranch. Lastly, the Henley home was very private and I must add, stargazing at night was phenomenal. We will definitely be returning!

I can’t recommend this stay highly enough! Amer was a great host and any communication had a quick reply. The views from this location were amazing, and it was secluded enough that you didn’t even know you had any neighbors! The house itself was so cute and clean, and all the amenities were amazing! From the hot tub, to the collection of pristine records and turntable, to the ZZ Top game room, we could have simply stayed in the air BnB for the entirety of our trip and been happy to do so! But the fact that there are so many wineries nearby - well that’s the reason you’d go to Fredericksburg right? It’s just a short drive to downtown or to the many vineyards. We will definitely be staying here again for any future Fredericksburg trips!

My wife loves tiny homes and when it came time to plan something for her birthday- I decided to scour tiny homes in Texas on airbnb. I narrowed it down to two but ended up at the Henley due to it's location in the hill country. And i'm glad I did. Not only is the house incredibly clean and practical, but it's full of character. You can tell the house is maintained with great care and love. The location couldn't be better. You're just a short drive from everything Fredericksberg has to offer- but you're also far enough onto the property that you also can relax in relative isolation. The views are incredible. The animals on the property were a joy (particularly the free roaming cat who was so friendly). The amenities are wonderful- we spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and shuffleboard inbetween events. This is an incredibly special place, and if you're considering staying here- do yourself a favor and just book it. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

The tiny home and property it sits on is just beautiful! It feels like your far away on your own private island but is just minutes from downtown and anything else you might need. The hot tub area was private and romantic with gorgeous sunset views and meeting all of the animals was a bonus for us! Super friendly cats, donkeys, and sheep with armadillo and deer sightings. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back to try the other homes on site soon.

We can’t say enough great things about this tiny house. The pictures didn’t do it justice— it’s gorgeous in person as well. It was more spacious than we expected. The location was perfect— far enough out of town to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to go back and forth if needed. We enjoyed sitting by the fire with the kitties, being greeted by the friendly donkeys, and watching the sheep graze when they came right up to our fence. Henley is near other tiny homes but really felt private. Das Peach Haus right up the road was a great experience. We will be back in the summer!

This place is absolutely amazing! My daughter and I had such a wonderful time, the Henley was extremely clean, modern, accommodating for all of our needs inside and outside! We saw rabbits, deer, goats, sheep, donkeys and had a little encounter with them all!
Amer was very accommodating and prompt with all of my communication!

Matt the maintenance man was so very helpful, pleasant to talk to you, and helpful. Just a few short miles and you are on Main Street in Fredericksburg for shopping, eateries, I bought some fabulous turquoise from a local jeweler!

We will definitely return for numerous visits to come!

Amber’s place was a wonderful getaway! The hot tub was divine, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, the record player and coffee cups were a great touch. Although there are other stats near by there is plenty of privacy and I don’t think we came across anyone while exploring the property. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay out of the city with plenty of good food and things to do near by this place is great for you!

Such a great find!

The location was great and the perfext distance outside of town. Between the sunsets, pastures with cattle, sheep, deer, rabbits, birds and the property cats to watch all the time, it was so beautiful and relaxing.
Such a neat drive from the point you exit off the highway. When you exit you drive by the river then turn off to what feels like a rustic ghost town. As we drove on back, the properties on each side of us had sheep, donkeys, goats, horses, chickens, cows, cats, and alpacas(or lama?). There is a little pond with a walking trail on the property. The Henley is also right next to a gameroom with more games than I can probably remember. Although there are other rentals on the property, the owners went out of their way to make the tiny house feel secluded. Hot tub, gas fire pit (we brought our own skewers and goodies to make smores), BBQ grill, picnic table, corn hole game, outdoor lighting and deck. Inside the place is clean. And even though it is modern, it is cozy and inviting. The shower has great hot water (I mention this because other places do not). The kitchen was lacking nothing from what we could tell. Fridge was even a good size and controlled the temp of our food well. I hate when there is a great kitchen but no fridge to put food in or the fridge freezes your food.

The owner sent us an email to make sure all went well the first night and responded to any questions very quickly.

I also should add that this was one of the very fewfamikly friendly places we found in Fredericksburg. Most did not allow kids under 12.

Have already recommended the Henley to friends!

Henley is the perfect place for any getaway. It was so clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in Fredricksburg! The location can’t be beat; Henley is situated on quiet, open, farmland with beautiful sunsets and wild animals but also only a very short drive to downtown. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. The sunrise from the bedroom is spectacular. The shower and kitchen are spacious. Amer clearly has paid attention to detail because Henley is complete with any thing that you might need during your stay. The Henley tiny house was such a great space to get away for a few days! Even though there are several other units on the property, there's a lot of privacy with space and fences between everything so it's easy to feel like you're the only people there. The barns cats literally greeted us as we drove up! Once you get used to the stairs leading up and down from the bed loft, the house is a breeze to move about it. We also loved that the Henley house felt like it was in the back corner of the property, so there was nothing in between us and the view of the sunset over the land!

We are so happy that we found Gladheart and Henley. It is extremely evident upon arrival that the Gladheart team has put a ton of effort into providing its guests with all the amenities of home. We very much enjoyed the location of Henley itself. The tiny home is situated in such a way that truly maximizes the sense of seclusion and privacy. Henley is bright and open. The numerous windows and the natural light make the space feel much bigger than it is. Henley has plenty of storage for clothes, toiletries, shoes, etc. It is also stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. We made great use out of the Keurig and provided coffee too. The sleeping loft is so cozy. The super comfortable king size mattress and mini smart tv make for a perfect spot for a movie night. The three large windows in the sleeping loft make you feel less closed in, while the wooden rods create some privacy from the rest of the house. The hot tub is really just icing on the cake.
In addition to Henley itself, we were very impressed with Gladheart and Amer's hospitality. Upon entering, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of local wine. A very detailed guidebook and magazines were provided, and we often referred to the user manuals and restaurant recommendations. We also found that historic Fredericksburg (and HEB) is a quick and easy drive from Glad Heart Trail.
Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about our trip. We can't wait to visit Fredericksburg and Henley again!

The Henley was a beautiful getaway, perfect for a romantic weekend away! The location is about 10 mins from Fredericksburg and tucked away in a beautiful landscape.

The amenities were fantastic! We especially loved the fire pit and hot tub, both on a private, secluded patio overlooking the sunset. The house was clean, cute and had everything we needed. The record player was a nice touch to allow us to escape from the world in a retro way.

The hosts were very attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend this place and will be back!
