Welcome to the Santiago Casa! This Gorgeous and Adorable Casita is a pure Fredericksburg luxury home that has been completely decorated and set for your experience! This beautiful home is right on Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic Downtown Fredericksburg!

This stunning casita has one gorgeous bedroom and one bathroom. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchenette with all the appliances and dining space you need making it the best place for you and you to relax after a long day of shopping!

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family member. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-This unit will allow one pet that is 20 lbs or under.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! These cabins are the poster-child for the real estate mantra "location, location, location." I stayed a week and barely moved my vehicle after parking. The area is pleasantly walkable including a close by grocery store but certainly places to eat and shop. Parking is in the back so it feels safer than street parking. The cabin is a bit larger than it appears in the photos and I made good use of the kitchen during my stay.

Very cute cabin with amazing location! It was also very clean and easy checkin/ check out. The only downside is the water pressure in the shower and the noise from the bar next door is sooooo loud at night. The hive is a club that’s open until midnight Friday and Saturday and it was super hard to sleep with the base bumping. Other than that great stay but it was hard to sleep

The location cannot be beat. It’s tucked away from view yet still directly on main. You have a reserved parking space so you never have to worry about that. The only thing I will say is if you drive a wider truck I’d advise taking a smaller vehicle. Our truck fit but it is a tight squeeze. I’d recommend staying here and look forward to future stays here!

Great location and amenities. Only fault is the listing had one price for the pet fee, but they charged me more and didn’t refund me when I pointed out the difference. To be fair, the difference was negligible ($5). Otherwise all good.

This tiny cabin was perfect for my husband, myself, and our newborn to get away for a bit. It was walkable from all the main spots on Main Street, but was still secluded enough we didn’t feel like we were a part of the busy Main Street. Only negative was that our last night there, the winery next door had a loud party going on, but that stopped at 10pm so it still wasn’t bad!

We loved this little cabin! It’s tucked away right off Main Street and has everything for a couple’s getaway. The bathroom was much bigger than anticipated and everything was super clean. Since it is close to Main Street, some of the businesses’ music could be heard but was off by 10PM so it didn’t really bother us. The trade off is that we basically walked everywhere every day (except when we visited wineries). Any questions we had were immediately answered by Cozi and they even left us a sweet surprise for our anniversary. We will definitely stay here again!

Interesting location behind a local shop but perfectly private! Right off Main Street making it completely walkable to restaurants and shopping. Loved that the parking was right outside the cabin. The Santiago Casa was beautiful. It was in a great location to just go out and walk Main Street. The parking was great and private right by our room. The bed was so comfy too. We loved how close this was to everything. We were able to park the car after a 7 hour drive, and did not have to get back in it for two days while still being able to enjoy Fredericksburg. Although this is close to the main strip, we still felt like we had a cozy and quiet place to rest in between adventures.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Ansiedlung von Holzhäuschen, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentral. Ab 16 Uhr ist Einlass, wir waren eine halbe Stunde früher da. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, sondern nur einen Zugangs-Code für das Schloss, der in dem Moment nicht funktionierte, versuchten wir telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Da sich das etwas schwierig gestaltete aufgrund meines Providers, kommunizierten wir via Email. In dem Moment war zufällig eine Angestellte vor Ort, die zauberhafte Pat, die uns bei allem half- vielen Dank nochmal dafür!
Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt einem an. nichts und man könnte hier Monate verbringen

Mitten in der Nacht ging grundlos der Feueralarm an: der Rauchmelder an der Decke blinkte, es wurde mehrmals vor "FIRE" gewarnt. Nirgendwo war etwas, wir waren aber erstmal die nächsten Stunden Glocken hellwach vor Schreck... Aber besser so, als wenn wirklich etwas gewesen wäre!

Beautiful place, which was also super clean! Great location - we were able to walk everywhere downtown which made getting around very easy! The place was a little tucked away off of the Main Street so it was a little hard to find at first but it was also nice because you couldn’t hear any of the traffic or people passing by on the main road. The place was very spacious and we had everything we needed! The bed was very comfy and we had extra pillows and blankets if we had needed. Overall, great experience!

New, very clean and perfect location in town. Be cautious when exiting driveway to street during peak foot traffic hours. Ample parking and quiet area. We enjoyed and will contact cozi in the future!

Great location for walking around Main!! Super comfortable mattress and accommodations. Very easy to communicate with. We found management to be very responsive when we forgot the code to get in ?. We will definitely be back to this spot!!

.Very hard to find because there are no signs with address on it. But once you are there you don’t have to use your car. It’s a great location to walk everywhere you want to go. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

the location was perfect as it's right on main Street for shopping and such. it is hard to see the entrance at first but the parking in the back and the cabins are private. the cabins were perfect and so clean! the bed was super comfortable as well.. would absolutely stay here again.
