Additionally, a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities enhances the overall convenience of the space.
The bedroom presents a comfortable queen-sized bed for restful nights and features an en-suite bathroom adorned with a beautiful glass shower, adding a touch of elegance to the space. An additional twin bed in the nook offers extra sleeping arrangements, providing flexibility for guests.

Place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay where I fixed about half our meals. Huge backyard and we saw deer on several occasions. One of the neighbors even had chickens. Super quiet but yet we could have walked downtown to the shops. For the size of the house the rate was extremely high but that is the going rate for Fredericksburg. Considering it was also their Octoberfest weekend, we were just pleased to find a location that would accept our dog! Lots of nice little touches that made us feel welcomed.

I would visit this place again! So cute and quaint. I give this a total of 4/5 stars! It was very cozy. They had everything we needed. I loved the dog treats they left along with the wine! That was so thoughtful. So many pros! They even had a cute book to fill out with recommendations from previous guest! Such a nice touch. One con: internet connection. The internet did not work the entire stay, so hopefully you’re going for an unplugged weekend. We traveled with our two small children, so that was a little bit of inconvenience but not a huge deal. Worth mentioning: Sand spurs! Yall, the yard is full of them- not good for the pup at all or the kids! I know this is not really a house issue, but one should know! Lastly, they have little work to do in the shower regarding cleaning the shower head and removing those dirty anti slip Velcro pieces. Great idea, but should probably be replaced between guests. Overall, great stay! Close enough to everything but not right in the way.

We loved our stay at this property! Our only issue was it was a little warm in the home. However, we hung some quilts over the windows to help and other than that the stay was amazing!
