Everything you need for a delightful getaway has been thoughtfully provided. The studio setup features a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. A small dining table by the window overlooks the beautiful acreage, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast.

When bedtime arrives, the king-size bed with its luxurious bedding and advanced mattress technology ensures an exceptionally restful night's sleep. Lay your head back and drift off, preparing for another fantastic day in Texas Wine Country.

Just outside the front door, an inviting courtyard sitting area awaits, ideal for savoring a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking Texas sunset.

Are you planning a trip with a large family or group of friends and need more space than our casita offers? Check out our unique "Combo" option, which includes both the casita and our spacious main house, all situated on the same 2.5-acre lot. The main house, completely remodeled in 2021, features a large kitchen with marble countertops, two dining areas, three traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the game room, which can be closed off for full privacy as a bedroom. The farmhouse theme inside complements the cows that may wander up to the back fence and the neighboring chickens.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Cozy, Private, and Peaceful Stay. We had such a cozy and private stay at this Airbnb. The quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, even though we had neighbors next door, we hardly noticed them because they were so respectful. One of the highlights was definitely seeing the deer at night, which made the experience even more natural. The AC was amazing – super cold, exactly how we like it, making the space very comfortable. The only downside was the WiFi. After a day of sightseeing, we wanted to relax and watch a movie, but the connection kept cutting out after about 5 minutes, but everything else about the stay was great, and I would definitely rent here again in the future!

We had a minor problem at the time of check in. Cozi was prompt in replying to the situation and took care of it right away and to my satisfaction. The location is a bit of a drive from Fredericksburg but was so quiet and beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights in this lovely guest house located in Stonewall, right in the heart of the wine corridor. The location was perfect for visiting wineries and other attractions in the area and about halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The unit itself included a spacious bedroom with comfortable bed, nook with mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom had a nice sized shower and plenty of linens and toiletries. We enjoyed the large screen tv and viewing options. I enjoyed sitting at the lovely table in the room that overlooked a pasture and it was a great place to eat our breakfast tacos from a nearby food truck. There was even a private seating area outside and a peaceful area to do my morning walk. We would definitely stay there again!
