Overall the location in relation to Main Street was great. Biggest issue was bathroom issues, mold around vents, maintenance isssues for doors and cabinets. Slightly overpriced when dealing with inconveniences.

It was a lovely stay. Easy check-in. Management team sent text for easy contact if anything was needed. The house was very nice and we really liked the location so close to Main st. The windows in the living room, kitchen and master bath need blinds or curtains. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for all of us. The backyard needs to be cleaned up.

Stayed here with a few girlfriends for a weekend of wine and relaxation and this was the perfect spot! Location was so ideal! Walking to coffee, restaurants and shops along Main was so convenient. Ubers were easy to get to take us out to the wineries. It was great to come back and relax in the open living area or in the hot tub at the end of the day. My adult daughter and her best friend stayed here for a couple of days, and then I joined her for another couple of days. The house is beautiful. The hot tub was exceptional. Very comfortable couch and we love that they had TVs in every room, including outside near the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we appreciated that there was a washer and dryer. Everything was exceptionally well anointed. The host were very communicative and had exceptional customer service. We love the location. It was literally just a few blocks from Main Street in Fredericksburg. We were close to the wine tours, the restaurants, the shopping, there's even a spa literally two blocks away. Rental was clean and tidy. Liked the neighborhood and the variety of shops and wineries was incredible. Kitchen drawers need some attention. Once opened they tend to go off track. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of shopping. Could not find any dinner plates in the unit. I would like to return to Fredericksburg close to Xmas and would rent this unit again

Absolutely loved our Cozi rental!! Great layout and the jacuzzi outside was a great way to wrap up our day after a long day of wine drinking.
Would suggest adding info that only essentials are available- plates and stemware. We needed aluminum foil but couldn’t find any. Cabinets were a bit loose/not well put in place- May have someone take a look at those. TV outside is broken, it wasn’t a big deal for us but just disclosing this on the front end so folks know they don’t have to worry about it.

This house was a PERFECT setting for our girl's trip! The location was unbeatable & the layout of the home was exactly what we needed for us to all have our own space & 2 bathrooms to get ready in at the same time! This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The interior decoration is amazing. The home was equipped with everything you could need. It’s located very close to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. There is no need to drive! You can walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood. Definitely worth the rates.

We loved staying at this house! It looked just like the pictures and was decorated beautifully. The hot tub was huge, definitely big enough for 4 people. We couldn’t find one of the remotes for the living room tv until the second day of our stay-it was in a drawer in the kitchen. Overall a great experience staying here!

Actually looks like the pictures in person, very comfortable home, the beds were not as comfortable as home, but when are they? The house was well stocked for a small family... 4 adults and a little one, location is prime, would absolutely use again! And communication was awesome with cozi!

This was a very nice property, well furnished, and well located to Main street. Everything was very convenient and the Cozi team was very responsive to messages. The team and service allowed us to spend all of our time enjoying Fredericksburg.
