-Parking instructions: There is parking for two vehicles. Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! We loved our stay here! Very cute, very clean home with an excellent location. The home was tastefully decorated with hardwood floors, comfortable beds, and the front porch (with ceiling fan) was great for morning coffee. Location was excellent; as described it is a short walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Bonus points: we also discovered that it is a 5-minute drive to HEB for any grocery needs. We highly recommend this home, as it was exactly what we were looking for. We are already planning for our return trip!

We had a great stay here, very clean and attractive. The master bath is a little smaller than expected but lovely. No grassy backyard so be ready for that, just gravel for parking mainly but front yard was charming not to mention a little deer that came to visit me one morning! How great is that? Wonderful kitchen too plus what's not to love about having two bathrooms? We enjoyed our stay!

Property was great! Nicely renovated. Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for happy hour and taking in the neighborhood activities. My only minor beef was that the hot water was not hot in the ensuite shower. The 4 of us shared the other shower. Would happily stay there again.

We had a nice two night stay at the cottage. It is well furnished, comfortable and immaculate. The lodging manager communication was odd; it was written as if from a foreign entity or bot. Also, we only received instructions for gaining access to the house on request, the day of arrival. I have rented many private lodgings; this agency I found to be odd. The place itself, I would highly recommend. It is a very nicely updated (1920s?) bungalow just two blocks from Hondos, Altdorf and the West end of Main St. On a somewhat busy street, but we found it to be quiet at night. Everything you need, including a porch for an evening cocktail and high end t.v.s for some Netflix and chill after a long day hiking, shopping or dining. Comfy beds, sofas and nice appliances.

This is such a beautiful home! We had an amazing time and it was perfect space for four of us! It’s well taken care of and the aesthetic was perfect. What’s even better is the location!
